Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern all sales, orders, and transactions between Da Vinci Reno Inc. (operating as Da Vinci Plastics, “we”, “us”, or “our”), located at 6666 Rutherford Rd, Vaughan, ON L4H 4Y5, and the customer (“you”). By placing an order or accepting a quotation, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1.Quotations & Pricing
- All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued, unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Prices are for products only and do not include installation, unless expressly agreed in writing on the quotation.
- Prices are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in raw material costs, energy prices, or exchange rates. The price confirmed on your accepted quotation is binding only for the validity period stated.
- Products may differ slightly in colour or minor visual detail from photographs shown on our website or marketing materials, without affecting the technical specification of the product.
2.Orders & Cancellations
- An order is considered confirmed upon receipt of a purchase order, written acceptance of a quotation, or payment.
- Cancellations of confirmed orders attract a minimum 10% administration fee applied to the order value.
- Custom-cut and custom-fabricated items cannot be cancelled once production has commenced, and are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
3.Delivery
- Delivery dates provided are estimates only. We will make reasonable efforts to meet stated delivery timelines, but we accept no liability for delays caused by carriers, weather, supply chain disruptions, or other events outside our control.
- All material is shipped and delivered at the buyer's risk once it leaves our facility. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon handover to the carrier or upon delivery to the delivery address.
- It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive and inspect the delivery.
4.Specifications & Tolerances
- Sheets cut to size carry a dimensional tolerance of +/− 3mm unless a tighter tolerance is expressly agreed in writing on the quotation.
- Polycarbonate panels are UV-protected on one side only. The UV-protected side must face the sun during installation. Improper installation (UV side facing inward) will void any applicable manufacturer warranty.
- Colour and tint may vary slightly between production batches; minor variation does not constitute a defect.
5.Returns & Restocking
- We are not obligated to accept returns. Returns are accepted only at our sole discretion.
- If a return is approved, a minimum 30% restocking charge will apply to the order value, plus any applicable freight costs.
- Custom-cut, custom-fabricated, opened, or used items are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
- All returned goods must be in original, undamaged, uncut condition and in original packaging.
6.Liability & Warranties
- Our liability is strictly limited to the replacement of goods proven to be faulty or defective at the time of delivery, at our sole discretion.
- We accept no liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of revenue, business interruption, or costs of labour arising from the use or inability to use our products.
- No warranties, expressed or implied, are given beyond what is explicitly stated in writing on the accepted quotation.
- Defective material claims must be directed to us first. Where applicable, we will facilitate the claims process directly with the manufacturer under their warranty terms.
7.Damage & Shortage Claims
- It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect all goods at the time of delivery.
- Any damage, shortage, or discrepancy must be noted on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing. Failure to do so may limit your ability to make a claim.
- Claims for shortages, damages, or faulty goods must be submitted to us in writing within 5 business days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
- We reserve the right to inspect returned or claimed goods before issuing any credit or replacement.
8.Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
- Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
